I. Introduction:
The Q41H high-pressure forged steel ball valve features a seat designed based on years of experience in ball valve manufacturing, ensuring valve sealing, low friction coefficient, small operating torque, multiple seat materials, and a wide range of applications. This valve adopts a flat-head valve stem, which will not be misaligned when connected to the handle, thus ensuring that the switch state indicated by the handle is consistent with the valve. To prevent misoperation of the valve, the Q41H stainless steel floating ball valve is equipped with locking holes at the fully open and fully closed positions, ensuring the valve is in the correct position. The valve stem is of bottom-mounted design, preventing it from flying out under pressure. At the same time, it can form metal contact with the valve body after a fire, ensuring the sealing of the valve stem. It is used for water, gas, oil products, natural gas, and acid-base corrosive media. Applicable temperature: -196～350℃, nominal diameter: DN 15-250mm, driving modes: manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, etc.
II. Product Features:
1. Adopts a movable metal seat structure with disc spring preload, with reasonable sealing force design, flexible opening and closing, and reliable sealing.
2. According to user requirements, it can be designed to be suitable for media containing solid particles, slurry, etc., or structures resistant to high temperatures.
3. Adopts a bottom-mounted valve stem with a reverse sealing structure, which can ensure reliable sealing at the packing.
III. Product Principle:
Ball valves not only have a simple structure and good sealing performance, but also have the advantages of small volume, light weight, less material consumption, small installation size within a certain nominal diameter range, small driving torque, simple operation, and easy realization of quick opening and closing. They are one of the fastest-developing valve varieties in recent decades. The ball valve evolved from a plug valve. Its opening and closing part is a sphere, which rotates 90° around the axis of the valve stem to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. Ball valves are mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the flow direction of media. Ball valves designed with a V-shaped opening also have good flow regulation functions.
